If you want to buy a pair of ugg boots,I will give you a suggestion:go half size bigger if you do not like your shoes snugged.I am a 6.5 and purchased that size and the shoes fit little tight but I don't mind it.

These would probably suit a person in a cooler climate better than here in southeast Texas. They are comfortable, get a little warm by the end of the day.
